The Nautic show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is one of the world’s leading trade fairs dealing with boating, sailing and marine recreation activities. Each year this event presents the latest developments and brand new models from France and around the world, along with a whole host of activities, presentations and exhibitions. The Hotel BW Quartier Latin Pantheon recommends this essential show, which runs from December 6th to 14th.
A voyage of discovery at the Paris Nautic Show
The Salon Nautique International de Paris is divided into three main areas of interest; Sailing and Tourism, Motor Boating, and Equipment. Around 785 exhibitors will present some 1,300 brands, and there will be 1,200 craft on display, including 200 new models such as the eagerly anticipated Dufour 310 GL and Bénéteau Oceanis 38. Also in the spotlight will be paddle boards, surfboards, kayaks, sports catamarans and other small craft.
In addition to a wide range of displays, talks and exhibitions, there will be opportunities for hands on experience such as trying out paddle boards in the Nautic Spot at the Sailing Village. Of course, if you are one of the 400 competitors paddle board racing along the Seine, you’ll get all the hands on you need!
A new addition to the event this year is the marina, where a selection of vessels are moored ready to be seen in situ from every angle, just like the way it is at a floating show.
So come to Europe’s largest indoor port for the 54th Nautic Show, a major showcase for all sectors of the marine industry and a source of fascination for those who love to be on the water.
